Accountabilities

Act as a trusted advisor and promote the value of our products and services.

Identify and develop upsell opportunities during customer engagement.

Advocate for customer needs with internal teams for issue resolution.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in customer advocacy within healthcare.

Prior experience in growing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.

Strong public speaking and presentation skills.

Ability to drive continuous product value.

Willingness to travel 60% - 70%.

Experience developing product use-cases and customer workflows.

Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and technical skills.

Experience conducting training or workshops.
