Customer Success & Logistics Specialist

About the Role:

Join our team as a Customer Success and Logistics Specialist, playing a pivotal role in navigating the intricate logistics of shipping semiconductor manufacturing equipment worldwide post-sale. As the key liaison between our buyers and sellers, you will be responsible for orchestrating international logistics while working closely with our esteemed sales team and international vendors. This role demands attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to suggest and execute ways to improve the process. We are a global team and you will be directly working with colleagues, customers and vendors across the US, Europe and Asia. 

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Logistics Coordination:
• Act as the primary point of contact, coordinating seamlessly with buyers, sellers, and logistics vendors to ensure the secure and punctual delivery of semiconductor equipment.
• Vendor Management and Procurement:
• Spearhead vendor management activities, including drafting and overseeing RFQs.
• Take charge of creating essential shipping documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipper letters of instruction.
• Financial Document Management:
• Generate and manage financial documents, including invoices, purchase orders, proforma invoices, and new supplier forms.
• Project Planning and Cross-Team Coordination:
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to formulate comprehensive project plans for each transaction, ensuring effective communication and coordination across teams.
• Global Customer Service Collaboration:
• Work closely with the Taiwan-based Customer Success Department to ensure round-the-clock customer service for Moov clients.
• Provide assistance to the Sales team in coordinating equipment inspections to facilitate accurate logistics budgeting.
• International Logistics Expertise:
• Coordinate with logistics vendors globally, managing operations for clients across 25+ countries.
• Ensure compliance with ITAR/EAR regulations and accurate notation of HTS/ECCN classifications in customs documentation.
• Client Relationship Building:
• Establish and nurture connections with clients, fostering positive and long-lasting relationships.
• Address post-delivery concerns promptly, treating clients with the utmost respect.

• You are familiar with Incoterms

• You have excellent writing and communication skills
• You have a strong drive to develop yourself personally and professionally
• You are experienced with Mac IOS / Slack / MS Office / G Suite
• You have strong time management skills and thrive working independently and autonomously
