You are looking for your next opportunity as a Customer Success Manager - North America (Chinese Market) and are passionate about analyzing data and leveraging insights to drive value to your customers! You will have the autonomy to strategically create new solutions to customer problems and be responsible for communication across the organization. You will be accountable for making sure our customers have a world-class customer experience. This is a critical role in the organization and embodies one of our core values to “Obsess over the Customer”. You own the success from implementation through the ongoing lifecycle of the relationship. This requires working across the organization including, but not limited to; customer value reviews, ongoing feedback loop to Product and customer education. 

You’re passionate about the experience of our customers and will relentlessly identify ways to deliver value throughout the implementation process. You are someone who prides yourself on organization and the ability to keep track of competing priorities in a fast paced environment. Technology excites you and you wake up everyday eager to expand your technical skills and understanding. 

What you're most excited for:  

  • Partner with customers to develop strategies to ensure the best use of the product and help them achieve maximum value from 
    our services
  • Summarize product feedback gathered from customer meetings and act as advocate for our customers with internal 
    development and product teams
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the customer (external) and the voice of the customer (internal) to projects and help 
    prioritize product requests
  • Monitor customer health and risk. Develop and execute success plans cross-functionally working with customer support, product 
    development and engineering
  • Proactively manage multiple accounts to ensure customer’s success in services renewal, adoption of products, customer health 
    and overall satisfaction

Requirements & Preferred Skills 

  •  Experience working with fast-growth technology company, preferred
  • 2+ Years Experience (Logistics Operations, Carrier Onboarding, Carrier Procurement, Carrier Sales) 
  • Experience in business consulting or supply chain strongly preferred
  • Experience working with enterprise customers in customer-facing roles
  • Experience working with a SaaS or platform product, preferred
  • Comfortable presenting to leadership and in a large group
  • Ability to be strategic, but still roll up your sleeves to accomplish what needs to be don
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines
  • Preferred Speaking Languages: English and Mandarin
