The Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team at GoodTime. As a Customer Success Manager, you will help Small and Medium sized businesses improve their recruiting operations through the use of our Meeting Optimization Engine and flagship product, Hire. Your role will be instrumental in shaping our account management and customer success processes.

What You Will Do

  • Own the success of your customers from onboarding to renewal and expansion
  • Proactively engage your clients at the right times to demonstrate value and identify opportunities for growth and advocacy
  • Comfortable managing a book of business of 50-75 low-to-medium touch customers
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Use data insights to track customer health and identify areas for improvement
  • Work closely with sales counterparts to identify and pursue renewal and expansion opportunities
  • Assist with onboarding new customers and driving early adoption
  • Maintain an expert level understanding of the GoodTime Hiring product (technical and workflow) and industry to identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Contribute to the scalability of the customer success team through documentation and process optimization
  • Build and monitor customer experience playbooks to improve customer retention and satisfaction

Who you are

  • You have 1-2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager at a SaaS company or a related field
  • You are an excellent multitasker and can manage a book of business with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to create content that can be distributed to large audiences. 
  • Comfortable speaking in webinar style settings. 
  • You can work collaboratively with product, support, and sales teams to ensure customer success
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong project management and communication skills
  • You have exceptional client-facing skills and radiate enthusiasm, high energy, poise, and confidence
  • You can articulate the value proposition of a technology platform to meet client needs
  • You are comfortable collaborating with both technical and business teams
  • Previous start-up experience is preferred
