Customer Success Manager

This is a Fully Remote Position. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT-related skills but also have a mix of customer support, project management, and understanding of sales.

Responsibilities

• Establish a relationship with assigned clients to provide a friendly customer experience.
• Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients by delivering an overall dedicated and caring service.
• Aid clients in onboarding, service implementation, and planning of service roll-out.
• You will be coordinating other teams and their involvement in the rollout of the Apporto service.
• You will also be assisting in supporting your assigned clients, in some cases via high tier support.
• This is both a technical and a consultative role.

Requirements

• Customer Success or TAM Equivalent Role: 3-5 years of experience.
• Windows Operating Systems and Overall Windows Mechanics: 2-4 years of experience.
• Active Directory: 2-4 years of experience.
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Ongoing development over 3-5 years.
• Analytical Skills and Ability to Delegate and Triage Issues: 3-5 years of experience.
• Demonstrated Ability to Increase Customer Satisfaction: 3-5 years of experience.
• Detail-Oriented Mindset: Should be evident in previous roles.
• Positive Attitude and Team-Oriented Mindset

Preferred Skills

• Networking Experience: 1-3 years.
• Understanding of Mac OS X, Linux, and Server OS: 1-2 years for each.
• Virtualization Technology (Cloud or Otherwise): 1-3 years.
• Application Deployment and Packaging: 1-3 years.
• Understanding of Various SSO Technologies: 1-2 years.
• Working with Cloud Vendors or Developing Cloud Solutions: 1-3 years.
• Having Worked in Higher Education: 1-2 years if relevant to your industry.
• Outgoing and Eager to Learn New Technologies
