About the Opportunity:
We are searching for an experienced Customer Success Manager who has a passion for technology and can deliver against key revenue targets. Seekr is looking to extend our market footprint and unlock bigger partnerships and deals. In partnership with our sales teams, we will be building out the Customer Success function to help manage, scale and accelerate our relationship with our partners. This role will be a key component to driving our monetization plans pipeline and executing our commercial strategy to unlock the path for the organization's growth.
Our Customer Success team will be working closely with our product, marketing and operations teams (in addition to day-to-day partnership with the sales team) to ensure proper innovation, market feedback, product feedback and solution-oriented opportunities can be acted upon quickly to best service our partners.

Responsibilities:
- Drives and supports Seekr's array of product solutions and unlocks client relationships through in person and virtual forums
- Fully understand and can sell multiple product lines and interpret product solutions to meet customer needs.
- Build credibility as a domain โthought-leaderโ in the marketplace and set Seekr apart in a very complicated and fast paced industry.
- Engage in strategic discussions, communicating how Seekr adds value and transforms customer relationships.
- Monitor changes in the industry and leverage them for business opportunities
- Participate in forums to keep abreast of new changes in the industry and practices
- Promote positive relationships with partners to understand their needs and deliver successful campaigns that deliver strong KPIs and shared goals
- Be central to management of post sales activity from deal close through integration and reporting, inclusive of optimizations, renewals and upselling.

Qualifications
- Proven ability to exceed sales goals & drive strong customer relationships
- 3+ years of relevant sales, account management, or customer success experience- with a technology or a SAAS background preferable
- Strength in problem solving, issue resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Self-driven and has the desire to exceed expectations
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple business and technical teams.ย
- Enthusiastic about innovative technology solutions and capable of presenting them effectively to customers.
