Beekin is an AI platform for institutional real estate investors. Our software solutions help Multifamily and single family investors underwrite, and optimize homes. We also help lenders make loans faster and for developers to build housing supply that is needed. Considered a leader in the artificial intelligence space in housing, Beekin is backed by stellar venture capitalists and prominent academics. Our patented solutions are built by a passionate team which represents 70% of the top-20 research universities in the world. We are operating in a $274 billion market projected to grow to $350 in 3 years. Our closest competitors are $10 billion in size, who we are displacing and we are doubling every quarter.
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our rapidly growing platform, which improves investment returns for investors. But it also engages renters, creates loyal communities for the workforce of our cities. At Beekin, we are on a mission to make housing unbiased, affordable and efficient using data and technology. This role reports to the CEO.

A Beekin day for you, could mean
- Having thoughtful discussions with Customers, Industry principal and prospects to understand customer pain areas
- Have a direct impact on setting and executing strategy for future products in the pipeline
- Execute product marketing initiatives and measure impact
- Training users to use the platform in the most effective and efficient way
- Ensuring engagement with the platform and helping to retain customers long-term
- Use data to improve adoption of platform and reduce deployment time
- Lead interactive calls on a regular basis with multiple clients. Topics will include answering questions about best practices, customer experience, ideation and more.
- Guide clients through managing change within their organization, promoting the adoption of workflow processes to maximize the use of the programs.
- Act as an advocate for the client with our product team, and possess the skill to articulate client needs from a system perspective to our dev group.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in Customer Success
- Experience in training or teaching
- Clear communication
- Ability to build client relationships
Nice to have:
- Experience training customers on SaaS products
- Experience using agile tools like Jira, Asana
- Prior experience in consulting, entrepreneurship or real estate Asset management
