Customer Success Manager
Job Description
Equifax (EFX) is looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our Global Alliances and Channel Partners team. This position is a relationship-based sales role responsible for optimizing the customer experience lifecycle as a trusted advisor for our partners, handling post-sales implementation program management, and collaborating with the partner to ensure they are realizing expected value from EFX solutions, as well as, driving adoption and retention. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator (verbally and written), self-driven, proactive and has the ability to create structure in ambiguous situations in order to design effective processes and solve problems. Travel is required up to 25% of the time.
What you'll do
- Proactively drive adoption, usage, net retention, and renewals by optimizing partner experience for complex accounts
- Act as the connecting thread for internal teams with the partner across the customer journey
- Drive partner advocacy in resolving issues from acquisition to adoption to use to value realization
- Serve as a trusted adviser and advocate for partners
- Create customer success plan for each partner with your alliance manager
- Monitor and maintain customer health
- Educate clients on business value of solutions
- Aid customers in usage and value realization of solutions
- Partner with Account Executive(s) (Alliance Manager) in preparing and conducting quarterly business reviews
- Drive partner advocacy within Equifax
- Utilize voice of the partner to inform product roadmaps
- Coordinate internal COE teams to benefit of customers
- Provide clients transparency on status of issues/requests
- Assist with resolution of customer support issues
What experience you'll need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 7 years sales experience in management consulting, customer success, account management, business development, or other client-facing role
What could set you apart
- Masters or advanced degree
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Experience working cross-functionally with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers
- Ability to understand market segments and data trends
- Experience in Credit Industry

Equifax is required by law to include a good-faith salary range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,000 to $153,000. This position is also eligible for our incentive compensation program.
