About our Team
The Customer Success team is responsible for providing excellent onboarding & support to help close new business. We ensure the renewal of accounts through high faculty satisfaction. The Customer Success team is highly collaborative, cross-functional, and uses Agile principles.
About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will provide faculty product consultation, training, ongoing support & account management. Excellent onboarding and support helps close new business and ensure the renewal of accounts through high faculty satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with faculty to provide recommendations on how to best use our educational technology
- Planning, developing, scheduling, managing, and delivering training and professional development programs (webinars/workshops)
- Performing account management duties, including emailing, calling, organizing contacts, facilitating new sales, and implementing customer success plans
- Creating, planning, and implementing initiatives to collect and analyze market feedback
Requirements
- Have experience in communications, telecommunication, marketing, public relations, social sciences, humanities, or related field
- Have experience in education, training, sales, support, communications field, or digital media/communications
- Experience teaching, tutoring, or designing courses in learning management systems
- Experience researching and troubleshooting complex technical issues
- Experience in nursing/medical education
