We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by supporting existing clients, providing strategic guidance, and being attentive to potential opportunities. You will be the first person to hold the position of Customer Success Manager at DECIMAL and will be responsible for implementing the best policies and procedures for yourself and the organization.
As a Customer Success Manager, your role will be essential as it will ensure our clients receive ongoing support, a central point of contact, and someone who can advise them on various aspects, both in terms of their satisfaction and commercially. Here are some daily challenges you will accomplish in this role:
- Being the primary point of contact for each of our clients;
- Ensuring and measuring customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement.
- Implementing and analyzing ongoing product usage by clients to identify trends and opportunities for new features.
- Identifying business opportunities for the benefit of our clients as well as for DECIMAL;
- Developing a customer community initiative to give clients the opportunity to share resources and answer each other's questions;
- Keeping up with industry trends and best practices and leading continuous improvement initiatives within customer support functions.
To be successful in the role, here are the skills we are looking for in our next colleague:
- French/English business proficiency is required
- Bachelor's degree in administration, business, or a related field;
- 5 years of experience in customer relationship management (CRM);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Customer orientation and commitment to providing a very high level of service;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
