Customer Success Manager - Growth & Reals

This is a hybrid role based out of our Denver office. Local candidates in the Denver Metropolitan area will only be considered.
About the Role
We are looking for high energy, results driven individuals who pride themselves in going above and beyond to help customers get the most out of their investment in OrthoBanc's Account Management solution. The Customer Success Manager - Growth & Renewals for the customer relationship, including support and issue resolution, account management, and ensuring the practice realizes the value of our solutions.
At the center of this role is a heart for the customer. The candidate should have a strong desire to build meaningful relationships with our clients and should always act with integrity to support their business needs. Our team members are extremely self-motivated, and collaborative, love a challenge, and are able to be successful in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Responsibilities
- Meet/exceed a quarterly quota through strong customer relationships and outstanding communication.
- Proactively reach out to existing OrthoBanc clients through cold-calling and emailing.
- Proactively engage customers and work to resolve any issues with OrthoBanc services.
- Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Operate as a positive influence and informal leader across the organization to provide insight into the practice experience and bring forward constructive ideas to improve our service.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience required.
- Effective problem solver that can work cross-functionally to mitigate issues and manage escalations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact in person, by phone, webinar, video or email a must.
- Track record of building consultative relationships with a high degree of follow-through and integrity.
- Prior experience leveraging a CRM tool to track and manage customer relationships.

Compensation: $50,000 annually plus commission
