What you’ll be doing:

Ready to make an impact in Poland and beyond? Join our team where you'll shape our presence in Poland and support clients across EMEA. Working closely with especially our Customer Success Teams in Germany as well as Eastern Europe, you will manage a portfolio of 5-10 accounts. As you would have both German and Polish customers, the position requires fluency in Polish, German, and English. While hybrid work is an option, we'd love to have you in the office more frequently initially to connect with the team and our culture. 

  • You are the central contact person for our customers in the retail, wholesale and potentially Consumer Packaged Goods sector. 
  • You will further develop the customer business, coordinate the corresponding activities and implement them. Your job is to understand where the customer wants to take their business, and find out how RELEX can support them in their goals. 
  • You deliver real added value by measuring KPIs to ensure that the software achieves the expected results. 
  • You act as a central interface between the customer and the internal functions/departments. 
  • You will work in an interdisciplinary, international team. 

What you will bring to the table:

  • You have at least 3-5 years of experience in the retail or CPG sector, preferably as a customer success or account manager (m/f/*).
  • You are fluent in Polish, German, and English. 
  • You love customer communication and are confident and experienced at the working with the management level. 
  • You are willing to travel (approximately once per month). This includes the ability to travel within Poland to visit customers as needed, participate in internal events and team days, and travel to Germany or Finland for team days (once per quarter). 
  • You are skilled and practiced in conducting strategic discussions with the customer, leading them towards the right solution. In addition, you are characterized by your independent, proactive way of working and your problem-solving strategies.
  • You have a talent for organization, work well in interdisciplinary groups, and lead them to achieve their goals.

  • Knowledge of supply chain and merchandising 
  • Experience in Sales, Account Management or Customer Success 
  • Analytical skills for KPI analysis
