About the position:
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to be responsible for managing post-implementation issue resolution for Raymond's iWAREHOUSE® technology solutions. Each project is a collaborative effort between the Project Manager, Nationwide Sales Service Centers, multiple internal Raymond personnel, and most importantly our customers. You will:
- Manage customer-facing projects in the resolution of system issues.
- Be responsible for creation and execution of customer specific resolution schedules.
- Conduct customer calls and status meetings to provide visibility to project objectives, process, timelines, and issues.
- Drive resolution for issues on implementation trip report for Raymond implemented projects.
- Drive resolution on pending issues on Post Implementation for Raymond implemented projects.
- Exchange information and resolve issues with internal and external senior and executive level staff.
- Suggest and implement new procedures to improve customer experience.
- Update support methods for changes that are introduced with new product types.
- Contribute to initiatives outside of customer conversations that better the customer experience, both low-touch and high-touch.
- Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and support team members to foster a strong sense of community and information sharing.
About remote work:
Fully remote candidates will be considered based on experience and skill set. Fully remote candidates may be required to travel to Greene, NY for onboarding and/or periodically throughout the year based on business need. To be considered for a fully remote position you MUST reside in one of the following states: Arizona, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington or Wisconsin.
About you:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 2+ years of experience in a technical sales related field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to persuade others in securing cooperation and/or resolving problems, as well as the ability to resolve sensitive issues inside and/or outside the Company
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
About the total compensation package:
Salary-Expected to be between $55,500 and $110,300 depending on the selected candidate's background.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
