We are looking for an exceptional Customer Success Manager - Scale Programs to join our new and growing team. This is a remote role, candidates based anywhere in the US are welcome to apply! In this role, you will also be responsible to:
Create spaces for excited customers to collaborate on successes and possibilities around Workato such as customer advisory boards, happy hours, and go-live celebrations
Work with Workato Institute and Workato Marketing teams to create fun and engaging training resources that scale
Work with Workato Marketing and Sales Development on expansion and save plays
Leverage usage data to target your activities
Organize product-centric office hours where customers can troubleshoot with a technical representative
Brainstorm unexpected automation opportunities that delight customers
Gather and provide insights to the Workato Product team that make Workato even better
BS or equivalent education
4+ years of experience in events creation and community management (end-to-end management from brainstorming to execution), preferably within the SaaS or Enterprise software markets
4+ years of experience supporting digital transformation through iPaaS platforms or equivalent; Workato knowledge preferred
Awareness of each of the following roles’ day to day processes and expertise in several; People (HR), Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Post Sales Customer Organizations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong customer-facing written and communication skills
Strong sense of customer empathy and customer-centrism
Strong problem solving and analytical thinking
Entrepreneurial drive and comfort working in ambiguous, quickly-changing environments
A passion for and belief in the power of automation to drive business value
