Solvvy, now a Happy part of the Zoom family, is looking to grow its Customer Success team! Whether you've been an individual contributor or a customer success leader, your contributions will directly impact our most trusted partners and the Zoom ecosystem. We're looking for talented individuals who are ready to join our growth journey and deliver happiness to the masses.
What you will do:
  • Establish trusted relationships with stakeholders within client organizations, with day to day contacts and executive sponsors
  • Onboard new clients, proactively contact accounts at risk, enhance product adoption and value
  • Educate clients on solutions and the benefits they provide
  • Serve as an advisor for implementing best practices in support and user experience, suggest ways of the client can improve performance of their product
  • Own contract renewals and negotiations.
  • Increase renewal rates and growth. Drive new business growth client references and case studies
  • Serve as a first line of defense for technical questions and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with solutions engineers, product managers, sales
  • Give feedback to product about ways to remove friction for clients
  • Facilitate company-wide customer feedback loop

About you:
  • 3+ years' experience in customer success roles for enterprise software solutions
  • Responsibility for managing a book of business, including renewals
  • Proven ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Business acumen and ability to tie software product to business outcomes
  • Work experience in a fast paced environment for a business that is expanding and changing
  • Structuring annual business reviews, including analyzing data and creating a presentation
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset with great attention to details
  • Previous experience working remotely
