As a rapidly growing social enterprise, we are seeking a highly entrepreneurial Customer Success Lead to own the customer-management of our nascent technology offerings and scale up this vertical. Our technology offerings enable consumer brands to seamlessly analyze and act on their packaging footprint by distilling the environmental, economic, and regulatory implications of their packaging. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing strategic development plans to increase customer engagement, retention, and growth. You will play a crucial part in strengthening rePurpose Global's position as a leading sustainability solutions provider for the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring efficiency, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and being the âvoice of the customerâ in informing our product development efforts to further enable brands to act on their packaging.Â
Responsibilities
- Customer Retention and Growth Strategy: Become a true business partner for your accounts, understand their needs and how rePurposeâs technology offerings could help them reach their goal. Develop and execute a comprehensive retention and growth strategy for your customer portfolio.
- Enable Product Development: Serve as the âvoice of the customerâ to enable product investments that address core customer pain-points and drive impact. Deliver beta and alpha pilots for nascent stage product offerings to onboarded customers, providing them with early access to new features and functionalities, and gathering feedback to drive product improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Impactful Upselling: Grow your account revenue by seeking opportunity to upsell, aligning seamlessly with the growth strategy and driving referrals. Enable our âland-and-expandâ strategy by cross-selling technology offering customers onto rePurposeâs other offerings to create impact.Â
