About the Position
As Customer Success Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the data and CRM reporting vital to the performance of the sales organization. Harnessing datasets and CRM reporting, you will create actionable intelligence for the sales organization as well as deliver accurate insights, benchmark, KPI and sales performance reporting to senior management. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, thought leader able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, who is passionate about data. This role will partner with sales, marketing and management in a collaborative and transparent culture and there is ample opportunity for professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales data in Salesforce by creating dashboard, reports, etc. that translate into actionable intelligence- CRITICAL
- Boost sales productivity by refining customer segmentation, simplifying the sales process and identifying pain points at every stage of the sales funnel
- Track and analyze KPIs for growth, win/loss rates, upsells, renewals, quota attainment and identify individual performance areas for improvement
- Manage sales contracts, track customers and coordinate cross-functional activities across departments
- Present quarterly progress reports to Director of Sales and leadership with actionable sales goals
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to define lead qualification process and analyze campaign performance
- Develop sales-related resource documents, including training manuals, procedures and policies and incentive programs as needed
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations and ready for a leadership role
- Highly experienced Salesforce user
- Strong understanding of strategic direction and sales goals and metrics
- Proven excellence in multi-tasking, prioritizing projects and meeting deadlines and goals
- Prior experience with Tableau, Hubspot, Linkedin Sales Navigator or other CRM/ sales tools- A plus
- Be highly organized, results-driven and tech savvy
- A desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a transparent multi-cultural team
