We’re looking for an exceptional Success Operations Specialist to join the superstar team at Too Good To Go!
Please note this role is hybrid/remote.
Sounds like your kind of mission? Here is what it will entail:
As a Success Operations Specialist, you will work to build and continuously improve processes to scale the Success team impact. Using data evaluation and project management skills, you will deliver actionable insights & recommendations to drive performance and efficiency at the US and global levels.
Reporting to the Head of Success, you will work with Partner Managers, Key Partner Managers and Care teams as well as with local & global departments to implement improvement practices that will drive a boost in performance.
Your role:
- Build scalable processes to support Success team and company expansion
- Create dashboards to monitor impact in collaboration with data and account management teams.
- Perform data deep dives to identify improvement opportunities and work with leadership across departments to put insights into action.
- Develop national project plans, resources scoping, timelines and objectives.
- Research, propose, and roll out tools and processes that drive scalability.
- Coordinate national Success campaigns, in collaboration with team leads
- Ensure efficient knowledge and best practices sharing among the Global Success community
- Gather feedback from teams, based on customers & partners insights, to continuously improve Success processes & share with other departments
Why you are the Food Waste Warrior we’re looking for:
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce (reports, dashboards) and Business Intelligence tools (Looker is a plus)
- Advanced Excel skills (or G-Suite equivalent), with excellent reasoning skills
- Experience effectively translating data into actionable insights
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- A naturally curious, solution-oriented performer
- Proactive go-getter who takes the initiative to streamline process and drive impact for the team
