Customer Success Representative
Job Description
JOB OVERVIEW:
This position is responsible for providing internal support and building relationships with Sales Team and Customers. Builds relationships by assisting Sales Team in their efforts to meet their sales budgets and key objectives by servicing the customers and increasing sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:ย
- Contacts customers via phone within an assigned territory each month to consistently achieve 100% Sales and Gross Profit goals by utilizing consultative sales techniques
- Receives inbound calls from customers, answer inquires on various issues including orders, invoices, and shipments. Enters orders, process returns, track orders, and research and resolve any issues relating to the orders.
- Process orders and/or order cancelations as requested by the sales team or customer. Interact with DC regarding post-order inquires, requesting shelf checks, lot numbers order revisions and expediting orders. Perform account maintenance as needed.
- Emails including monitoring, resolving, and responding to customers for the [email protected] email box and monitoring Elite Mailbox as needed.
- Builds customer relationships by using laboratory product knowledge, laboratory promotions and upsell opportunities as well asl notifying customers of educational opportunities (webinars, trade shows, courses-virtual and in person).
- Utilize Salesforce as a tool for communication to sales team for customer opportunities, information and notes; participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance sills, system use and product knowledge; and/or participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.

- Ability to answer a high volume of calls and prioritize tasks
- Ability to learn applicable computer systems

WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 4 or more years of related experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training. Bachelorโs degree preferred.
