Paperspace by DigitalOcean is seeking a talented Customer Success Representative to join the commercial team. You will manage a pipeline of both inbound and outbound leads to exceed sales activity targets. This will include the use of various sales playbooks and sales tools to convert unqualified prospects into Sales Qualified Leads.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage your own sales activity pipeline by following up on inbound customer inquiries & outbound prospecting for new business opportunities
  • Properly qualify customers throughout the Sales cycle to ensure a proper fit with Paperspace commercial offerings
  • Consistently exceed weekly & monthly sales activity targets
  • Work alongside a team of other SDR’s to achieve group goals and contribute to team development 

What We’ll Expect From You:

  • Bachelor’s degree (In lieu of degree, 2 years minimum of job related experience)
  • At least 1-year minimum of job related Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) experience
  • Demonstrated track record of performance in prior similar roles
  • Proven success presenting a value proposition
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Unwavering desire to exceed performance targets
  • Solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving

  • We reward our employees. The base salary range for this position is between $77,000.00 - $115,000.00 based on relevant years of experience and skills. The salary range for this role is specific to candidates located within the U.S. and will vary for candidates outside the U.S.. Employees may qualify for a bonus in addition to base salary; bonus amounts are determined based on company and individual performance. We also provide equity compensation to eligible employees including grants of equity upon hire and the option to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Program.
