Note: Successful candidate can choose whether to work at Danang or Hanoi.Â
Job Description
- Improve customer service processes and enhance the overall customer experience.Â
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Handle the onboarding process for new clients and educate them about new features, updates.Â
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products with existing clients.Â
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Work to improve the customer feedback channels and communication to ensure a constant flow of reviews from them.
- Prepare reports summarizing customer feedback, usage data, and retention rates.
Qualifications
- At least 3-4 year of Customer Success Representative/Account Manager experience.Â
- Strong sense and hand-on experience in Sales is a plus point.Â
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to managing tasks.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and simple way.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills will come in handy.
- Own ability to keep calm under pressure and solve problems timely and effective.
- Fluent English communication.Â
