Our office is in the heart of Beverly Hills, CA near shops and restaurants. The building was designed by world-renown architect I.M. Pei — there’s plenty of natural light, open space with a co-working vibe, an in-building gym, calming yoga and meditation studio and an indoor tree spanning 3 floors. Our HQ is not too far from our production facility in Montebello, CA where we operate the largest, most technologically advanced cutting facility in the western hemisphere. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides support to our customers in a timely and efficient manner via phone, email, and chat applications
  • Maintains the highest level of professionalism, exhibits empathy, and provides thoughtful solutions
  • Assists customers with placing new orders, checking order status, processing returns and answers other questions relating to their account and BELLA + CANVAS product
  • Attends product knowledge training sessions to develop an understanding of BELLA + CANVAS and product to support our customers
  • Ability to identify customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain a positive customer experience and lasting impression
  • Analyzes and resolves customer’s questions based on department policies and procedures
  • Collaborates with customer success team and cross functional departments to drive solutions and add value to BELLA + CANVAS
  • Ad hoc projects and duties assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 2-3 years in a customer support role, preferably wholesale apparel or footwear industry
  • Experience with omni-channel customer engagement platforms, B2B platforms and ERP systems
  • Ability to multi-task, self-motivated and a proactive problem solver with a sense of urgency
  • Passionate about the customer experience and customer engagement
  • Collaborative and dynamic team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Excel is a plus
  • Salesforce experience a plus

The Pay Range for this position is $19/hr - $20/hr which represents the current range for the non- exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the Company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
