Customer Success Representative

• Collaborate with and support Reichert domestic and international Outside Sales Managers and Application Specialists with a focus on international customers.
• Collaborate with and support Reichert national retail accounts.
• Support the Reichert Sales and Marketing Teams by playing an active role in achieving worldwide sales targets.
• Provide quoting, pricing, order, and RMA support to Reichert's national account business.
• Work closely with Reichert's Regulatory Team to resolve country registration issues and provide dealers with foreign government documentation.
• Assist the Regulatory Team in processing new dealer contracts and contract reviews.
• Interact with the Reichert Technical Services Team to facilitate resolution of technical customer issues.
• Collaborate with Reichert Finance, Production, and Shipping teams to resolve customer order fulfillment delays.
• Be resourceful in the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Knowledge of export documentation a plus.
• Bi-lingual a plus.
• Act as a back-up in the absence of other team members.

Compensation

Salary Minimum: $50,000

Salary Maximum: $60,000
