Job Description

As a Customer Success Representative you will represent Avery Dennison with key, strategic customers. Your main focus will be to provide an exceptional customer experience while ensuring our customer understands the value we bring and partner with them to provide solutions and services that fulfill their current and future needs.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Supporting Commercial partners with launch and deployment of new programs
  • Educating customers and guiding them on program compliance for large brand roll-outs
  • Cultivating relationships with key stakeholder within the customer account and establishing direct working relationships
  • Coordinating with key internal stakeholders - account management, customer service, manufacturing, supply chain, etc. - to drive improvement in key metrics (service) and quickly resolve issues.
  • Evaluating and accessing key customer needs and opportunities to drive strategic growth within the customer base
  • Understanding market requirements and operational limitations to set the right expectations with the customer
  • Delivering revenue targets by achieving sales objectives in existing and new program roll-outs
  • Driving account management processes to plan and execute on key account strategies and initiatives
  • Leveraging strong customer relationships to partner with customers in the pursuit of new opportunities; guide customers in strategic decision-making
  • Referencing in-depth knowledge of full range of Avery Dennison solutions in partnering with customers to identify ideal product options and features
Qualifications

What we expect from you - Your Expertise:

  • Bilingual French and English
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing role and managing a portfolio of B2B business accounts, either as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, consulting, or similar role within the food, logistics or general retail industries.
  • Strong technical knowledge of SaaS, RFID, or equivalent technologies
  • A customer-loyalty mindset with the ability to creatively meet the needs of the customer while maintaining organizational objectives and profitability levels
  • Superior levels of project management, and time management skills 
  • Excellent consulting, discovery, listening, and communication skills, demonstrated by the ability to establish working relationships at all levels at the client side, including C-level 
  • Strong ability to derive insight from data and build actionable strategy based on analysis 
  • A talented presenter and storyteller with the ability to influence at all levels in the organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills, applied with a solution-focused attitude 
  • A solid team player with the ability to act as a strategic partner to the customer and the Market Development and Account Management teams
