Customer Success Representative

You don’t need years of experience—what matters most is that you’re a strong communicator, a proactive problem-solver, and someone who builds trust through every interaction. Salary starts at $29 per hour Key Responsibilities: • Support customers via email, chat, and phone, ensuring a smooth and positive experience • Proactively assist with onboarding, setup, and common use cases • Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed, ensuring timely resolution • Track and document all interactions in our CRM or support tools (e.g. Zendesk) • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and continued success • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve product feedback and improve the customer journey • Help identify opportunities to improve retention, engagement, and product adoption Requirements: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Empathetic, patient, and committed to helping others succeed • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and platforms • Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple conversations • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
