Customer Success Specialist

Campus Ink is a rapidly expanding screen printing company with a focus on design, brand management, and e-commerce solutions. We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Specialist (CSS) with strong customer service experience, impressive organizational skills, and a talent for resolving customer issues.

Requirements

• Demonstrating your super powers in customer service (following-up with customers, resolving issues, and coordinating with the Production team to track and re-ship items.)

• Being a super-communicator (working closely with the team on issues that arise and keeping close contact with customers to keep them informed and happy.)
• This is not a traditional corporate job, and that excites you! You are enthusiastic about change, spontaneity, and figuring things out as you go.
  • You're seasoned in customer service who is resourceful, adaptable, and resilient with impeccable communication skills.
• You have very strong people skills, including retail management, and possibly national accounts.
• You see resolving customer issues as a challenge, and nothing makes you happier than turning an angry customer into a loyal, lifelong client.
• You most likely have worked for a corporate company, and while it was a great experience, you didn't feel like it was a long-term fit.
  You are looking to transition your skills into a new environment. An environment where teamwork is key, and being a self-starter with ambitious goals is encouraged.

Benefits

JOB TYPE:

• Full-time - This is a Full-Time Employee role, 40 hours a week Monday - Friday. This role may have the option for peak season overtime on weekends. You will be working onsite with our team in Urbana, IL. Local applicants only.

PAY:

• Hourly, $17-22 per hour, depending on prior experience.

START DATE:

• As soon as possible.
