Description
Interclypse is hiring a full-time (40 hour/week) customer success specialist in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. We are looking for a positive, detailed oriented results-driven individual that will work directly with the Product Manager, Technical Lead, and Portfolio Manager on our Sofiac Travel Platform product line. The Sofiac Travel Platform is a multifaceted product line that enables car rental companies large and small to run their entire business operations. The ideal candidate is someone who excels in communication, wants to understand and interpret business data and has strong customer service skills. Our candidate will have the opportunity for mentorship and growth within the team and broader company.
Responsibilities:
• Interface with new and existing customers on a day-to-day basis to configure, test, and validate their use of the platform
• Identify opportunities for product improvement based on customer engagements
• Use the team ticketing system to track, update, and close customer issues and opportunities
• Communicate customer issues and needs to Product Manager and Technical Lead
• Create/author best practices and training for the platform for new and existing customers

Education:
Bachelors in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Technology Administration, or other relevant business degree
Required Qualifications:
• A positive attitude
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• A strong attention to detail, organization, and be an independent problem solver
• Basic understanding of data formats such as JSON and/or XML
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Strong technical writing skills
• Willingness to learn about the car rental and other industries
• Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues as well as replicate and document for further escalation
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel
Desired Qualifications:
• Experience in the travel/hospitality industry
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Spanish fluency
