Customer Success Specialist - Account Manager
Job Description
Voze is looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Success Specialist to join our fast-paced and growing team. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing the customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and developing long-term relationships with our clients. This role will focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and driving adoption and usage of our products.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing customer success plans for assigned accounts
- Monitoring customer usage and adoption of our products
- Proactively engaging customers to ensure they are receiving maximum value from our solutions
- Developing and executing strategies to increase customer retention
- Identifying customer needs and upselling opportunities
- Working closely with the sales team to provide product feedback and customer insights
- Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
- Developing relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Tracking and reporting customer success metrics
Requirements
- At least 3 years of customer success experience in a SaaS organization
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to listen, earn trust, and consult with clients
- Ability to effectively manage time to maximize results
- Tech savvy with the ability to learn how to troubleshoot technical issues while navigating multiple systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
