Job Description

Position Overview: 

As Quickbase continues to grow, we're looking to add a Customer Success Trainer to our team. The Customer Success Trainer will be responsible for facilitating training that helps both our new and tenured CS employees provide best-in-class experience for our customers.

In this role, You will: 

  • Facilitate and deliver on-boarding training and certification

  • Schedule and facilitate end to end training programs delivered via live and eLearning-based platforms 

  • Ensure the training content is up to date

  • Track/measure the impact of training courses and adapt the curriculum accordingly

  • Become knowledgeable on the Quickbase product and effectively articulate value proposition and benefits

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build & refine curriculum 

Ideally, You will have:

  • 1-2 years of Training/Facilitation and Coaching Experience

  • 1-2 years Customer Success or related Experience preferred 

  • Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail, with consistent follow-up practices

  • Flexible, highly organized and able to easily shift priorities

  • Passion for working in a fast-paced environment

  • Exceptional Written & Verbal Communication

  • Proactive problem-solving skills

  • Process/Project Management mindset and orientation

  • Experience using the following or similar tools:

    • LMS (Learning Management Systems) i.e. LearnUpon, Skilljar

    • Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
      • Familiarity with tools like CRM (Quickbase, Salesforce), Outreach, HighSpot, Zoom, Confluence
