Job Description:

About the Role:

The Customer Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for collaborating with our customers to improve margins, drive revenue and reduce inventory through application of end-to-end supply chain tools and tactics. Subject matter expert in helping to improve customer satisfaction, best practices and financial commitments. Leads root cause analysis including problem definition, investigation, and developing correction and prevention processes. Researches business processes and serves as the liaison between supply chain functions, sales and our customers. Communicates findings and recommendations to management and other functions. Develops metrics and measures and analyzes results. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Accountable for successful collaboration with Customers and functional experts to prioritize and deliver value-added solutions that meet or exceed our growth objectives.
• Presentation of findings that drive understanding, alignment and informed decision-making.
• Implement tactical and strategic solutions that withstand the variability inherent to the business.
• Act as a collaborative interface with customer's Supply Chain, Merchandizing, and Sales.
• Generate, verify and publish periodic scorecards and reports.

Important Details: This is a corporate role that will require travel to our manufacturing plants and customer visits (25%).

About You:

You'll fit right in if you have:

• 4-year college degree preferred and 2-3 years related business experience - Supply Chain Management and/or Engineering preferred.
• Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to effectively communicate with higher level management is critical in this role.
• Solid understanding of forecasting, replenishment, and supply chain policies and practices.
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills
• Excellent people skills and ability to build strong relationships.
• Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis /mining software.
