What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide expert internal and external customer service, interfacing directly with customers, recommending solutions and/or action plans to internal sales team staff.
• Order entry & maintenance, managing inbound customer order forms.
• Support sales team with direct customer contact, which includes coordinating reports, providing first point of escalation after initial set of expedites, etc.
• Work closely with Asset team to process orders for customers and resolve issues for the customer in a timely manner.
• Filling QI Forms and provide follow up to Formal QI claims until having a solution for the customer.
• Work closely with Warehouse team and Transportation team to provide status and solutions to customer in regards to their shipments, tracking numbers, delivery time, expedite requests, hotshots, etc.
• Creation and analysis of sales related reports.

What We Are Looking For:

• Typically requires a 4-year degree or 2-4 years of experience.
• 2-3 years of B2B customer service experience.
• Intermediate Excel skills required
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, listening)

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$23.85 - $29.15
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
