Customer Support Associate
Job Description
Our company is passionate about helping those in our local community and we are fortunate to be partnered with charities that do just that. Right now, we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as the entry-level Customer Support Associate.
Primary responsibilities of the entry-level Customer Support Associate role will include:
- Educating potential donors on our charitable partners and the benefits of supporting them
- Becoming an expert on our partners and their mission
- Attending daily team meetings to discuss company goals for the day
- Helping increase donations through proper education and building relationships with members of the local community
- Working together in a team environment on a daily basis in order to achieve the goals of the company
What We Look For in an entry-level Customer Support Associate:
- A student mentality and a willingness to learn
- Experience in customer service, bartending/serving, retail, sales, marketing, outreach, or a similar position is preferred
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work well in a team setting and with members of the community
- A passion for helping others
