Whom you'll work with?
TSA have partnered with Telstra for over 25 years, we pride ourselves on providing positive and memorable customer experiences. Our business has been built on passionate customer service and salespeople, and we are continuing to grow and expand our team in Brisbane.
This is an exciting opportunity to represent Australia's largest telecommunications company, you will answer calls from everyday Aussies, calling through with enquiries for new and existing Telstra services and products.Â
In this role, you will:Â
- Answer inbound calls, engage with customers by asking questions regarding their enquiry, assisting them in finding a resolutionÂ
- Provide expert advice and troubleshoot technology faults that customers might be facingÂ
- Provide empathy and understanding to your customers through effective communication skillsÂ
- Take ownership, have confidence in your ability to de-escalate any customer grievances
- Be available when our customers need us, flex to the hours that are required
Qualifications
Here's what you'll need:
- Must be able to work full-time.
- Must be able to attend the 5 weeks of paid training (fixed roster); the first week will be conducted on-site. Thereafter you will operate on a work-from-home model.Â
- Must be in Queensland to be successful for this role.
- Must have an availability with our rotating rosters, you will have the choice to work an AM (7 AM - 4 PM), PM (11 AM - 12 PM), or Full rotating roster. Hours of operation are 7am-12pm Monday-Sunday (Penalty rates apply)
- Excellent communication skills, ability to listen, empathise, respect and enjoy general chit chat!Â
- Open to learning new skills, implementing them, and celebrating your wins
- Exhibit resilience, and techniques to allow you to perform at your best
- Strong multi-tasking skills, ability to easily navigate computer systemsÂ
- You have a solution-based mind-set, always ready to solve a problem
- Have a fixed internet connection and suitable work from home set-upÂ
