What we need:

Under supervision, assists with placing, changing and servicing customer orders. Performs a variety of administrative assignments related to reviewing, entering, and making changes to transactional information in the system. Responsibilities include placing and servicing customer orders, shipping and expediting details, deposit requests, etc. to assure optimum customer service when responding to and handling customer inquiries.

What you'll do:

  • Process Sales Orders into Resource Planning System (IERP).
  • Coordinate communication with customers and associates.
  • Investigate and find best option to fill the order for the customers.
  • Find out the best and quickest way to expedite product delivery
  • Coordinate with team members the delivery as required by customers.
  • Review customer purchase orders, sales and service information and determine Stock and delivery status.
  • Deals directly with vendors to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of goods to appropriate locations.
  • Work on aged (overdue) orders.
  • Handles any delivery inconsistencies or delays.
  • Coordinate customer support billing process including capture, entry and transmittal of information and data to support the billing process.
  • Research claims issues as needed.
  • Process request for samples
  • Process inventory, labor and invoicing transactions.
  • Prepare and forward customer order acknowledgments.
  • Provide general support to Customer service department.
  • Perform related duties as assigned

What you're good at:

  • Must be able to function with considerable independence, with minimal supervision and guidance.
  • Must be an effective team member.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and ability to learn and use new software as required by the job.

What we need:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. 1-2 years college preferred.
  • 2-4 years' experience in Customer Service or Sales Support environment required.
  • Experience that provides the incumbent with knowledge of the principles, processes, concepts, methodology, skills, technical methods and competencies associated with performing the job

What else?

  • This is an on site role (no remote) located in Chatsworth, GA. The hours are 8am-5pm on Monday-Friday
  • The pay range is $17-22/hr, dependent upon experience, skillset, etc.
