Customer Support & Fulfilment Specialist (Tesonet Accelerator product)

PartiQlar and Hello100 are two e-commerce brands specializing in high-quality, science-backed longevity supplements. Both brands are dedicated to improving health and well-being through transparency, exceptional product quality, and outstanding customer support. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support & Fulfillment Specialist to join our team in Vilnius. This role combines customer service excellence with operational logistics, supporting both brands and playing a vital part in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You Will Do

• Customer Support:

- Provide outstanding service via email, chat, and social media platforms, addressing inquiries about products, orders, and delivery.

- Resolve customer issues promptly, including tracking shipments, handling returns/exchanges, and processing refunds.

• Offer product recommendations based on customer needs, aligned with our expertise in health and supplements.
• Order & Logistics Management:

- Track and manage customer orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

- Handle stock transfers between warehouses to maintain inventory levels.

- Collaborate with courier companies to resolve shipping issues and ensure efficient delivery.

• Work closely with fulfillment partners to streamline operations and address any discrepancies.
• Team Collaboration:

- Communicate customer feedback and operational challenges with internal teams to improve processes and services.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and logistics for continuous optimization.

What We Expect

• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Previous experience in customer support and/or logistics, ideally in e-commerce or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently.
• Interest in health and wellness, particularly supplements, is a plus.

Salary Range

• Gross Salary 1106 – 1504 EUR/Month
