Customer Support Manager
Job Description
The Customer Support Manager position on our JobRobotix team will act as the primary point of contact for addressing many of our customer needs. The Customer Support Manager will deliver a consistent, informed, customer-oriented experience so customers love using our product. Some of the role’s daily activities include: assisting with day-to-day customer support, diagnosing issues with data, designing and implementing customer rules, and configuring customers accounts.
Responsibilities/What You Will Do- Provisioning New JobRobotix Customer Accounts in our proprietary system
- Assist customers with account configurations, e.g., setting up ATS connections, setting up data field mapping, creation of Rules
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for Job Posting, e.g., diagnosing error messages, sending sample orders to customer's ATS Target to confirm ATS Data Mapping is enabled properly
- Resolve JR Job Board technical questions, e.g., questions related to our API and XML Data Feed
- Help to create an environment of high morale, motivation, and teamwork
- 6+ years professional experience with at least 3 years in Customer Support, preferably for a SaaS or tech-first organization
- Basic understanding of boolean algebra
- Problem-solving and strong decision-making to determine when there is a bug vs development issue
- Intermediate expertise in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
- Exceptional customer service skills over multiple channels, including Zoom, phone and email
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate technical jargon effectively to non-technical people
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Must be flexible, coachable, and eager to take on new challenges

Compensation for this full-time position is between $64,500 to $96,500. This range reflects the minimum and maximum amount employees can earn during their time in the role. Actual pay may be higher or lower depending on geographic locations, skills, experience, and other factors permitted by law. This role is also eligible to receive a discretionary bonus, which is not guaranteed and may be based on both individual and company performance.
