About our team:

We are an expanding team of Customer Support professionals. Our team supports Sales and Service Centers and their service to our customers across the United States.

About the position:

We're looking for a Customer Support Project Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will:

• Develop, implement, and maintain assigned programs, contracts and tasks for customer support and systems for department.
• Plan, coordinate and conduct standard and non-standard projects.
• Follow-up with customers and Sales and Service Centers.
• Be responsible for interpreting, modifying, and evaluating policies and processes.
• Work under normal office conditions where required to sit for extended periods of time. Regularly spend significant amounts of time working in front of computer terminal.

About you:

• Possess basic business knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.

It would be great if you had:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Project management experience.
• Customer service experience.

About the total compensation package:

Salary -$58,500 - $70,000 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate's education and experience.
