Customer Support Representative

Astor & Sanders Corporation (Astor) is an award-winning IT solutions provider headquartered in McLean, VA and is seeking a Customer Support Representative. This is a full-time onsite position based in the Lakewood, CO area with Monday - Friday 7:30A - 4P work hours.

Candidate MUST be able to commit to ONSITE work days.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Answer customer product questions, assist with orders, track returns, accept payments for online products
• Document customer interactions in a tracking system
• Handle fax, e-mail and phone inquiries
• Track calls and service requests
• Escalate problem calls to other service providers
• Perform other tasks as assigned
• Occasional warehouse product management support

Skills & Experience:

• 6 months of customer interaction experience
• Phone sales or support experience is preferred
• Experience working in an office setting using fax, e-mail and phones preferred
• Experience providing support to end users on web site navigation ideal
• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills required
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills required
