Customer Support Representative

We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative at our Champaign, IL location!

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Customer Service Representative is to offer an industry-leading customer service experience via Chat, Email, or Phone. Our goal is to respond to each customer within 35 seconds via Chat or 24 hours via email. We accept or make phone calls as required.

• Proven problem-solving skills.
• Effectively communicate and document information internally to our staff members as well as communicate efficiently and effectively with our customers to achieve a satisfactory experience.
• Assists, as required, in the identification of potential difficulties and trends to assist in overcoming these difficulties for customers or internal staff.
• Attend as needed, meetings related to customer service.
• Must be self-motivated, capable of multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and able to organize/set work priorities for themselves.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education and/or Experience:

• Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and interact with all levels of the organization, retailers, and customers.
• Minimum of six months experience in a similar field ideal; exceptional customer service skills required.
• Knowledge of radio control products is helpful.
• A high school diploma is required.
• Should have good proficiency in the use of computers with knowledge in Excel, Word, and Outlook applications. The ability to use SalesForce and Alliance will also be beneficial to this role.
