Customer Support Representative

Are you looking to make a positive impact in the medical software industry with room for career growth? Michelle had customer support experience and learned more about our software in her role, which helped her get promoted. Could you be next?

If you've done any support role before, you know how to keep the customers happy. At Brightree you are provided with training and documentation tools to help ensure you resolve their questions quickly.

You will be essential in serving customers that use our software daily. You'll help answer software support related questions via phone, email and chat while working in a collaborative engaging remote environment.

You will be on a virtual team with 2 others, so there will be someone to bounce ideas or questions off of.

You can document and track support requests with proper notation of customer issues. You also provide solutions that meet the customer's needs. You own areas of the product with minimal supervision. You have a knack for troubleshooting and have a strong commitment to solving issues in a timely manner.

Previous Brightree software experience would be great, but if not, we can train you.
