Job Type

Full-time, up to 35 hours weekly

Onsite or Hybrid

(Note: Onsite required until fully trained)

Shift Time

3:00pm to 9:30pm

Training hours 12-6pm

(Opening shift required occasionally based on business need)

Store support hours

• Monday - Thursday; 9am to 9pm
• Friday and Saturday; 9am to 9:30pm
• Sunday 10am to 8pm

Must be willing to work a flexible shift including extended hours for holiday support.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience in a call center environment.
• Retail experience a plus; basic concepts of loyalty rewards, in-store and online shopping, desired.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Capable of quickly learning other software applications.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school or equivalent (required).

Responsibilities

• Provide point of sale transactional support for store associates.
• Handle guest and store related inquiries in a courteous and professional manner for Bealls Inc. store chain (Bealls, Bealls Outlet, Burkes Outlet, Home Centric, and Rugged Earth Outfitters).

• Assist guests with transactional inquiries by phone and email.
• Review and provide status of gift card and store credit balances.
• Communicate escalated guest issues to third party credit card administrator.

• Various administrative duties including resolution of post-purchase inquiries and preparation of requests.
