Customer Support Representative Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team. You will handle Support requests for the Onehub and SRSA Workspaces products. In the role, you will assist customers with support issues over the phone and via email, help troubleshoot, and coordinate with our Development team to fix bugs. 

This position can be fully remote

The salary range for this position is between $60,700k - $77,000k, depending on level   of experience.

Customer Support Representative Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot customer support issues via phone and email
  • Take ownership of technical issues and work with our engineering team to file bugs and help resolve issues
  • Write content and articles for our online help system
  • Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
  • Provide technical demos and training to customers via web conference

Customer Support Representative Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree or commensurate work experience
  • Firm grasp of how the web and cloud applications work
  • Experience troubleshooting software issues directly with clients
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Interest in web development and programming are a plus

Customer Support Representative Physical Requirements/Special Demands

  • Must be available to work occasional nights/weekends.
