What You Get to Do. 

As a member of the Fringe customer service team, you will work as the main line of communication between our team and our users. The Customer Service Representative will be in constant communication with our users, helping with basic troubleshooting issues as well as more complex problems that arise. 

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Respond promptly, courteously, and knowledgeably to customer service chats.
  • Stay current on onboarding clients, new and existing vendors, and product updates.
  • Have an extensive knowledge and understanding of the Fringe platform.
  • Take ownership of customers' issues and follow problems through to resolution.
  • Go the extra mile to enhance the user experience.
  • Work with the success team to provide a top-notch customer service experience to our users and clients.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
