Position Overview:

We're currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in the EU. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive top-notch technical support and assistance. Your responsibilities will include resolving inquiries, providing product guidance, and delivering exceptional service via live chat and email.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in a support specialist role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and nights.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
