Customer Support Representative
Job Description
We are seeking experienced Customer Service Reps for a specialty insurance firm. This is a great opportunity offering training and room for growth!
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for providing support to clients who have questions about policies.
• Take inquiries from clients inquiring about obtaining policies.
• Resolve any issues in a timely manner.
Education and Experience:
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Call center experience a plus
• Knowledge of MS Office
This will be a hybrid schedule -
Hours: 8:30-5pm
Pay: 21/hr
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
