Job Description

The Role:
Our Client Support Representatives combine a thorough understanding of the product suite, investment knowledge, and a strong dedication to our customers to help clients maximize their returns on investments. They thrive on quantitative challenges to provide world-class service to our clients. The role is an opportunity to build up industry knowledge and a well-rounded skill set for future roles in sales, product management, or investment consulting within Morningstar. This role is based in our Seoul office.
Responsibilities:
+ Support clients of our institutional software products, fielding inquiries about data, Morningstar methodology, functionality, and product features via phone and email.
+ Collaborate with Morningstar's data operations, development, and product teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner.
+ Provide ideas to the development team on product enhancements based on daily interaction with clients.
+ Work closely with Customer Success Manager, Implementation Consultant and Sales in Korea to provide timely feedback on client queries and provide deep insights into the customer experience for those markets.
+ Contributes to continuous process improvement efforts and looks for smarter and better ways to serve clients
Requirements:
+ A bachelor's degree is required, a degree in finance, statistics, or computer science is preferred.
+ Fluency in English and Korean.
+ Excellent communications skills and presentation skills; including the ability to work with clients who have sophisticated investment knowledge.
+ Strong client service ethic; and proven organizational and multitasking skills
+ Organized with an analytical approach and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
+ Customer focus with strong problem solving skills, quantitative aptitude and desire to learn about the investment and wealth management industry.
+ Immediate availability is preferred
