Job Description

As a member of our HCM Customer Support Team, you will contribute to ContinuumCloud's goal of always creating an exceptional customer experience. You will be the initial voice and face of ContinuumCloud when our customers reach out for support or extra guidance regarding e3, our HCM software. Each day you will engage with our customers by phone, email, or our Community to capture the problem or question along with all the information needed to ensure they are supported in a responsive and caring manner. Beyond working with our customers, you will work closely with an amazing group of people committed to your success and growth with our team!

These solutions include an EHR platform, powered by Welligent, an HR & Payroll system, powered by DATIS HR Cloud, as well as a Patient Engagement Platform, powered by CaredFor. How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Using your passion for creating world-class customer experiences, you will build fantastic relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • Engage each caller with the utmost responsiveness, care, concern, empathy, and urgency
  • Instill confidence in our customers that their questions will be handled appropriately and that their experience matters
  • Follow scripted questions and ensure each question is addressed and accurately captured in our case management / ticketing system
  • Pay strong attention to each detail to ensure detail accuracy and timely submissions
  • Triage tickets for assignment
  • Communicate urgent items appropriately as needed
  • Hold all customer information in strict confidence, both internally and externally

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Passion for making a difference in the lives of others and creating exception customer experiences
  • Inspired by creating an exceptional customer experience and strong results orientation
  • A stickler for details!
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to collaborate with people effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
  • Love to learn, listen, and provide solutions
