Customer Support Specialist

ABOUT THE POSITION:

BURGA — a non-traditional fashion brand that’s taking the world by storm — is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team! 

We take everyday boring items and, with a bit of magic and extreme imagination, turn them into the lifestyle & fashion accessories people are psyched to use.

FULL TIME + REMOTE: Monday - Friday/ 8-17h/ 9-18h

GET READY TO:

- Be there for customers!

- Communicate, troubleshoot, resolve;

- Provide support via email, chat & social media;

- Collaborate with different teams constantly to make a difference!

WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

- Fluency in English (written and spoken);

- Customer Support experience;

- Strong communication skills;

- Attention to detail;

- Open and proactive mindset;

- Passion for growth;

- Initiative and responsibility in reaching organizational goals;

- The ability to plan, prioritize, and organize.

SALARY:

1096 €/month GROSS
