Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. (HYMH), a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented “Customer Support Specialist” based out of our Americas Headquarter office in Greenville, NC.

• A highly motivated individual excelling in fast-paced environments, skilled at delivering top-tier customer service for components and technologies on the organization's roadmap.
• Good communicator with great interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with internal and external sources, to accomplish results through the team. Customer service and adding value to our customers is key to our success.
• As a professional in the industry, you will handle specific customer or dealer requests for information, driving the necessity for adhoc reports that facilitate operational enhancements, requiring swift and precise execution.

What you will do:

• This position will manage short term rental programs for Fleet customers, from sourcing equipment thru to paying rental invoices (Dealer or third party) and invoicing customer, following all customer requirements.
• In addition, data analytics and adhoc reporting will be provided to support the Operations and Sales groups with-in Fleet.

What you will need:

• BS Degree required in business or finance related discipline and one 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Five (5) plus years of relevant experience will be considered without college degree.

Skills, Experience & Abilities: 

• Excellent Computer skills
• Microsoft office products, *Excel (Pivot Tables, V-lookup, Macros)
• SQL Queries, Crystal reports, or Cognos
• Possess analytical and problem solving skills
