AffiniPay is looking for individuals with a passion for solving challenging problems and providing the highest level of support for our customers. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be supporting our Soluno product, our legal accounting based software. You will be responsible for providing clients with a positive experience by ensuring timely delivery of support services via email, phone, web, and chat. We are looking for technically skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the Support Specialist position.
What You’ll Do Â
- Answer customer questions and requests regarding their product, providing appropriate information, assistance, and advice in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot product issues, user administration issues, and other technical issues
- Provide successful resolution to all customer complaints, ensuring the customer is satisfied with the end result
- Report escalating and severe issues to management to assist in the resolution process, keeping customers updated on the progress and acting as the primary point of contact
- Appropriately record all resolved and unresolved customer issuesÂ
- Continually preserve the confidentiality and security of customer data and information

Must-Haves
- Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in, Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Legal Administrative Assistant, or a related discipline of equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Ability to explain accounting concepts to non-accounting audiences.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong evidence of time management skills required,
- Able to quickly analyze issues and determine the best course of action using available resources.
- High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- This position is remote in Canada, and must be eligible to work in Canada.Â
